Things You Should Do

Respect yourself.

Respect other people.

Finish what you start.

Do your work as soon as you can, you can play afterward. First work, then play. This frees you from guilt and anxiety so you can have a better time playing, as well as improving the quality of your work.

Help other people.

Tell the truth.

Defend yourself. You are as important as anyone else. More important, actually.

Keep your promises.

Ask a question if you don't understand. Do not be embarassed to ask questions.

Wash your hands with soap and leave it on twenty seconds before you wash it off.

Eat with your health and vitality in mind.

Learn to wake up when you need to.

Exercise at least 15 minutes a day.

Be brave, but not stupid.

Try as hard as you can, whether you are working or playing.

Try to win if you can, but if you lose, think about why and remember.

If someone ever tells you to take drugs, understand that they are not your friend. They are trying to use you.

Rememeber that you only have one life on this earth, and try do all the things you want to do with it.
